IP changes depend on your Internet provider.

You could be on ADSL with DHCP and a non-static lease, and your IP would change every time your ADSL modem is restarted.

The fact that your IP changes is proof of nothing. BO is using bad evidence to call you a shill. Let's hope it is not intentional.

Me? I used to turn it off at night because the light bothered me. I pay for a static IP though.

Another scenario is if you use a USB ADSL modem and your computer is not on all the time.

On mobile carriers IPs also change more frequently, but I do not know much about the topic.

Point is, there are lots of scenarios that would cause IP changes. BO cannot know whether they are intentional.

BO, what about the anti-semitic shills, are they hopping IPs or alwayis using the same?

And if they are using fixed IPs, is there a point letting them use up so much of the bread?

How is it not abuse? I don't see Anons expressing much interest in their message, and Q has been very quiet on the topic.
