Have any anons experienced anything odd around their homes and vehicles?

I found a black pill in my vehicle last night.

I can't remember ever buying and meds that were black pills.

Also last week I stepped out for a smoke on my back deck. I heard a male voice say, "You have so much more than you know (my name)." I turned to the voice and saw a shadow move away down the alley. Weird.
