Does it remain important?
If so, a radiofag on twatter has been trying to get USAF to fix a transmitter. His handle is @n4hpg and he will accept a call from USAF >= O-6.
Offline archives can be made easily using Opera browser. For example, I archive qcodefag.github.io using it. Create a folder with a date subfolder. Do the save as and it will archive the page with images and css. Need Opera to read it, but really awesome and easy to use.
