God Knows the will of the American public (both His people and those who don’t claim to follow Him) is being subverted by those stealing. They will be judged next.

If God’s people who identify themselves by His name, will humble themselves and pray. If God’s people will seek His face and turn from their wicked ways. Then God will hear from Heaven, He will forgive the sins of His own people, and will heal their land - which in turn blesses all other people.
