KEK pretty much is. Especially over the last couple of years. Riots once or twice a year. More during Black Lives Matter.

But this is all paid. Come on guys. All the vests are just like all the paid for signs. They take stuff from the streets. Always seem to find fresh supply of lumber around. Every time there is a riot kek.

There is minimal lootings. Some, but it seems to be more for supplies. Water and food. Things you can carry. Not big screen tv's.

The fires are mainly "in the street". They are not burning down buildings. A few broken windows. People are strolling down the sidewalks. A few police cars burned.
