A lot of shills here trying to divide patriots. Fact is, the FISA proceedure, that Hussein's administration unlawfully performed, has already been adjudicated in the FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court). They had broken laws and it is on the public record.
I am not a lawyer, but listening to many expert analysis of this FISC order and opinion, it was 100% illegal to allow ANY private contractor access to this data. In summation, only the FBI employees should have had access.
