He never waivered.

Abraham obeyed God.

Paul is trying to teach human behavior and that Yeshua frees us from sin's "torah" while emphasizing God's "Torah."

He makes a distinction. You only seem to recognize one, the bad perverted one. Look at the Genesis verse. Remember, Messianic Hebrews was written for Hebrews who accepted the Lord and who were taught the Torah from an early age. Yeshua, freed them from the body bound for death.
