Anons, I think I've found an interesting report from the Director of National Intelligence with lots of insight re: Russian, from the 3-letter agencies' perspectives. It has probably been mentioned before, but knowing what we know now, the information takes on a new dynamic. Already caught WaPo in an exaggeration via comparison.
