Question for Q: was the initial 4-6% crumb drop referring to the percentage within the 'problematic' elements within our society, or is it the entire population as a whole? Hint would be great to see what the overall picture would be.
If it is the entirety, I would respectfully suggest 8-9% as the more accurate measure…to COMPLETELY turn this around within our lifetime, at least number wise.
