I was following up some crumbs thanks to someone who posted to the ODNI Twit. Saw they retweeted some conference or another where they spoke about AI. Clicked the link and it wasn't particularly interesting. However, there's a single comment left by someone which has nothing to do with any of the article - "We are being attacked by an aircraft. Pain and constant talking and stalking." Tried to find her on social media to see if she was making other claims that sounded like EMF mind control sort of stuff, but couldn't find anything.
