Just did a quick search to refresh my memory on him. He was Comey's chief of Staff, and also Wray's Chief of Staff (after Comey was fired). Wray didn't fire him… but Rybicki eventually left (in early 2018) after about 7 months w/ Wray.

I think you may ne on to somethimg, anon. The buck stops w/ John Roberts as far as FISA goes. After such a SPECTACULAR failure by Roberts to protect all Americans from FISA abuse—I think John Roberts ought to be hung along with the others. Americans surely died because of his dereliction of duty (allowing private contractors–i.e., the mob–to surveil law abiding citizens!)

Graft would be a perfect cover story for a secret and righteous financial defense operation. Everyone would believe it; public would be angry; crooks wouldn't want to look to hard at it (bc they're crooks) so no audit would take place…
