Ok I've had enough of this.

Everyone does this. Some are better at making it look natural than others.

But everyone from YouTubers to celebrities to news anchors.

When I bring it up people just say, it's just the OK sign. But these people never do it when OK is appropriate.

I have a few theories of my own.

The one i lean most towards is that it signifies something akin to "In the name of Satan" or "To the benefit of Satans plan" or some shit like that.

I know crazy… But it is really getting on my nerves.

Yeah. But I don't feel that is enough.

When you watch for example YouTube videos, they bring up the handsign at specific words or phrases. It has to be a signal for something.

Like: "I'm lying in the name of Satan" or "Despite what I'm saying, I'm still one of you"

Some of them even do it multiple times in a single video.

And I've even seen "Avatar-less" YouTubers do it by proxy by showing an image of someone doing it.

You don't think i've considered that?

Of coarse i have…

But as I stated, some are better at making it look natural than others.

And what convinced me where the double take bloopers i've seen where on each take the handsign comes up at the same point and it becomes less and less natural with each take.

If it was just a random movement. Why is it so importent to them then?
