Definitely unconstitutional. Time to get rid of whole FISA process. I also think Roberts is compromised. He should walk away if he cannot adjudicate the law correctly.
Anon, this is a states rights issue. The actual law in the state has much harsher penalties for this crime.
The federal law (cabal Dems behind it) has not passed and is stuck in committee in the Senate. Consider why that would be.
