OK, so that's at the new bridge connecting Crimea to the Russian mainland. Built after Crimea was annexed. That's the bridge where they had the photo op of Putin driving the first truck across, I'm pretty sure.
Bridge has to be a target, and guarded up the ass, so probably more to this story than what we're hearing.

If you have Ukranian gunboats fucking around near that structure, you're going to see a Russian response.
If reports aren't mentioning the bridge, something ain't right.
