Fixed the color of all Q-Post markers before the start of the clock to be gray as in the QClock blanks. For visual reasons, have also added a thin ring around all of the Q-post markers (pic1).
The new version is uploaded and can be found in the usual mega.nz folder (see Resource section in the dough).
It now also includes an image preview in the ImageList tool (pic2).
Q's posts from today are included in the HTML contained in the ZIP-files – will post updated clock blanks later during the day.

Not sure why images won't work.
It might be a small flaw in the program, expecting the folder where all your images are to be called "images".
In case your folder, where you have stored Q's images is not named "images", try renaming it to "images" and see if that solves the problem.
If so – please let me, I'll fix the code to be more flexible.
Reason is: The 3-Timezone HTML has the folder name hardcoded as "images" – might be the program uses that in certain instances (due to sloppiness on my part).
That's probably the reason – program expects all images in a single folder.
If you don't mind the redundancy, then you can download all images from

Get the "extractQ.zip" file – which is a bit large (about 350 MB or so).
After download, extract the zip to a location you can remember, and you'll have all images (except the one from this morning) in one folder. You can copy the one from this morning manually into that same folder, if you want.
When the program asks for it, point it to that folder, and all should be working.
