Every group like this has its own language. I don't use this vocabulary outside of this setting. Just as I don't bring the specialized language of the trades I have worked in here, either. But it is hardly "young" for a heart attack. Lots of rich food -- little physical exercise -- boom, a couple twitches and gone. My Dad was younger than me when he had his first heart attack. My son had one (the "widowmaker" in his mid-20's. Fortunately, he was in a restaurant across the street having dinner with his GF when he felt it coming on and was already in the ER getting examined when it happened. I note your point about age, but there is nothing suspicious about a heart attack at 71.
