ADS-B trackers use satnav/virtual radar system to track planes and every now and then it misses an update signal or misreads one which causes the kinks & zigzags etc.
Essentially the plane disappears and then reappears somewhere else and the computer has to catch up to the real location rather than its estimated location.

Simple glitch in the flight tracking software. You can look as hard as you like but you won't find anything. Nothing is being pointed out by AF1.
