Two people yelled at me for posting these caps and turns out you need them.

Advantages of pre-release: FORCE those testifying to admit what they know, matching the docs
Advantages of post-release: Trap those testifying in lies that the doc release will demonstrate, or force them to tell as much as they think they have to, to avoid perjuring themselves
Both schedules have advantages/disadvantages.
I suspect the doc release will be after the testimony.
Must be tricky to schedule things based on U.S. happenings, while bearing in mind all the foreign ramifications. I salute you, Q-team and POTUS & MI.
