Theory - doesn't it say 2/3 of the Senate? We have 53-47 - are we forgetting about the stolen mid terms? Arizona etc. So many Trump red states in 2016 that returned Dem senators like Michigan, Ohio etc. Will FISA declas etc see a Republican super majority once fraud is revealed, hence the 60 (I think?) Senate votes needed? If 66 needed as 2/3, then we have a red tsunami we were expecting.
