Watched it live. No tear gas on the Mexican side, very little on the American side. Note, too, these are not "border clashes with Mexico". That is a lie. We do not have a bone to pick with the Mexican government (at the moment). All we are doing is keeping THEIR problem out of OUR country.

I tend to agree with you. Things ARE and WILL BE "sketchy" for a while yet. But I think the DS may have had enough of their wings clipped that wholesale war can be averted. Crossing my fingers, "just in case".
BTW, https://twitter.com/HaitiInfoProj continues to update but it appears that the large scale riots have abated.
