Release the DECLAS prior to the testimony! Who cares about them getting caught lying, it's peanuts compared to the implication of the Treasonous conspiracy committed. With the TRUTH out there, the witnesses have no other course except to throw up their hands leading to a more detailed testimony. They know they are guilty as well as everyone else does.
