Judge Jon Steven Tigar is a partisan political hack whose backers are all globalists. He has a life-long relationship to a very corrupt FISA court judge James E. Boasberg (Tigar’s globalist handler?), who attended his confirmation. He appears to be yet another globalist soy boy.

 

Tigar failed to disclose in his ruling against President Trump that he has defended Latin American citizens in U.S. courts previously (1999), and was a member of a self-avowed anti-conservative organization.

 

Tigar failed to disclose that he has a friend in the FISA court that permitted the illegal surveillance on then candidate Trump. In short, he’s up to his ears in anti-Trump conflicts of interest.

Thx anon, sounds promising re corrupt Obama judges. I will look but I am probably not the best one for that kind of research, not nearly the political background as many others. Not real familiar with how to access govt materials. If someone is clued into that, let me know where to go or take it yourself. Would be a great thing to unearth stuff on these two Obama judges.

Yes, agree. I'm thinking there may be two ways to avoid the just-in-case-your-caught intent of a "special pardon–one judicial and one legislative. My main reservation is that I would think we'd have heard of it by now. But the law is complex and there are many obscure cases, exceptions, etc. And this is a very unusual situation; may well create new precedents.

I saw that Fox used it for their coverage and didn't like it – even if real – because it reinforces the false women-and-children-comprise-the-caravan narrative (while there are lots of young men in the background–who are the real force of the caravan).

Yeah, the situation is unique. That's why it could take us into a real wild west situation, legally speaking. They will apply existing laws and cases but interpret it in light of the unprecedented situation–hopefully in a way that discouraged the giving out of wholesale pardons for despicable acts.

Boasberg looks like a real piece of work, even just from the article. Tigar may simply be someone who thinks he job is to make the law instead of interpreting it (which is bad enough by itself).

I'd heard somebody say this in an interview who claimed he was tapped to do the job (blowing up OK bldg) but wouldn't do it. But it's just his story, lots of stories fly around about things that are hard to verify one way or the other.

Good point. I have to take that into account when listening to very smart people but people not into Q. Things look pretty bleak to many patriots who can see no way to turn the tide. Awareness of what's going one without knowledge of a way to fix it is pretty burdensome. And a lot of these people have been in the trenches for years.
