Perfectly clean new-ish looking Disney clothes. Relatively clean feet. Bright white, clean diaper on a girl who looks about 4-5 years old. The media would have you believing these are poor migrants who just marched thousands of miles through Mexico with only the clothes on their backs. I look more run down than this after 30 minutes of yard work.
