Why SMART all in capital letters?

If they have an actual recording why they use weasel words like "high confidence" instead of "evidence". I seem to recall claims of other recordings for the past two years that turned to be from nothing to vaporware. These people are stupid.

I think it's timemwe spin the caravan meme and call it what it is, a Fith Column.

 

In our context this means Fith Column DNC > Treason. I guess Mexico can see it the same way once they get stuck with the columns that won't make it to our border.
