Scientists have been battling over who gets to call themselves an "expert" for two decades now. Things are getting better, tho, as more brave scientists call BS on far-fetched computer models. Not so easy to use the epithet "climate denier" at this point.

But how would this relate to WWII CLAS 9 war crimes (which seem to have to do with extortion) and where does Kurt Waldheim come in, perhaps as an example of someone who was blackmailed due to his potential to be charged with war crimes?

[3] In the Q drop on KOALA, Q asks whether the UK/AUS really stand with the US or just parts of it (C_I?). Then there's the part about reunifying the bond held "PRIOR TO……..[CLAS 9].
The last time the US really had a bond with either country was WWII; since then, we've been drifting apart (or been deliberately pulled apart).

Why is there a special CLAS 9 for Nazi/Jap War Crimes? That puzzles me. There are only 8 cases listed and practically nothing is said about them in the archives. Waldheim is the most prominent.
The article I retrieved contrasted those who come clean with those who don't; W was in the latter group. That is a big ongoing theme.
But what is the deal about this BOND that we shared with AUS/UK that has been lost (really, since WWII)? WWII was a marker; all the German scientists coming over after that screwed with all sorts of stuff, changed everything, MJ-12, NASA, etc. Is that the point to which we have to return, to get back on track with FiveEyes?
