I’m not an expert, admittedly. But as I’ve said, they have never been involved in a terrorist attack against the US neither has Hezbollah. They are influence and community organizations. The reason everyone here has sperged out but not posted anything to the contrary is because groups like AIPAC and JDL etc lobby congress and blast social media to get them labeled as such.
