A lot of the paranormal shows, etc. always caution against verbally saying the names of different demons so as not to "call them out". I don't think that's anywhere in the bible though.
You can buy acedophilis tablets at any health food store. Replaces the good bacteria in your stomach. Much better than trying to get any benefit from yogurt, etc. b/c of the amount you would have to consume.
