Could be. Eurolines which is a coach company that goes to the continent ...i think stops down there too. But they are massive coaches which doesn't fit the volvo narrative

That area is known for buses and boats. The nearest place with a 24 hour line is my local station waterloo (jubilee line) but that is only on certain days (24 hr service) the nearest "Big Stations" would be again waterloo but closer is charring cross. What people need to look at in the area that photo is taken is very few London Buse routes, quite a lot of open top tourist buses, coaches and the boats (thames clipper services that go up and down the thames)
