You just need to kick the clowns out of it, and put the military in charge and renew the programming from scratch.
During the 2009/2010 uprising in Iran, the clowns put a guy in charge of the Persian version of VoA, with deep ties to the Iranian regime. He did his best to tone down VoA's criticism of the Mullah regime. I witnessed the internal struggle within the Persian channel of VoA as an acquaintance of a number of people who worked there at the time.
