Regardless of whether there was a tactical nuke involved or not, the quick escalation by Ukraine govt to declare martial law indicates that the cabal us spinning a new alternate reality via the mockingbird media. So, let's assume there was a tactical nuke on board whether the intention was (a) that it to be intercepted or (b) to really use it.

If there really was a nuke, regardless of the intention it would mean we are in much deeper shit than if it was simply another provocation without as tangible and serious a threat as a nuclear warhead. i mean floating a nuke on a tub into regional, protected waters would be considered an act of war by anyone standards.
