That’s what I figured. They probably brought a can back for propaganda. CS is a pepper spray type of device if I’m not mistaken. Not even tear gas.
Is that not the location of the tripod mounted camera in the other widely used photo? That might be provable.
Also, sandals in one, gone in the other.
