Live from outside Alexandria Court House on Tuesday, November 27, as US prosecutors are holding a hearing on the existence of a sealed indictment against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, whose website published thousands of classified US government documents.
The Justice Department inadvertently named Julian Assange in a court filing in an unrelated case, suggesting prosecutors have prepared charges against the WikiLeaks founder under seal.
Because the indictment was sealed, the nature of any charges against Assange has not been made public at this point.
