I think a more realistic approach is that RR and Mueller are both good and working on Trump's side, racking up those sealed indictments, and the disinformation is that Trump is calling Mueller rogue. They need to keep up the Dem's support for Mueller, so when his report comes out and says that they "thoroughly" looked into every aspect of everything, they found that Trump did nothing wrong…but in the course of their investigation, they found many shady business dealing, which are being addressed in their respective US district court. Remember how they think…they are for everything Trump is against, and against everything Trump is for. The sealed indictments are the key to countdown. When the number stops increasing at the current rate, the mass unsealing/dropping of the indictments will be imminent.
