Can anyone tell me what CRIME Manafort could have committed with Assange? Manafort is allowed to do campaign research work. If Manafort had prior knowledge re: Podesta, knowledge before it came public, well, that's not a crime. Further Manafort wasn't the source for Podesta emails, and I don't recall POTUS campaign behaving they had a bombshell, before story broke.
The only actual crime Manafort might have committed is to offer JA to release or not release info wikileaks has in return for dropping US charges and leaning on Sweeden.

Lets play it out. Manafort meets with JA looking for Clinton dirt. JA drops a hint "crumb" about the DNC dump. As I said in an earlier post, I doubt Manafort had much to offer JA in return for info, except monetary payment, which is legal (see Christopher Steele).
I just don't see JA telling a guy like Manafort a damned thing let alone all the stuff you listed in your statement. Further JA had to know Manafort was a shady operator, so I just don't see what would motivate JA to reveal anything, let alone everything you listed.
AND FURTHERMORE, Seth Rich as leaker is a very plausible hypothesis. Anons and other believe Seth was murdered wrt to DNC breach, but I have not heard nor read anything to make concrete enough to move Seth Rich->DNC Hack from the ranks of speculation.
