I think Dersh is saying that you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit. If collusion isn't criminal in the first place, how can you make a criminal case out of it? Dersh has said this from the beginning.
Dersh has said, from other posts I've seen today, that the report is not going to be a fair report. It will be partisan. So, at the very least, it will have to be a huge political hit job that POTUS will have to spend time a lot of time on to clear up.
It doesn't have to be true to be devastating. Look what they did to Kav. Look what they are doing with the caravan, etc, etc ad infinitum. As long as they control the media they'll be a pain in the ass. People who don't like Trump believe any fucking thing they throw out there.
