Why is page 2 dated November 27 2017?

I noticed page 2 of Grassley's letter to Blumenthal is incorrectly dated 27 November 2017.

We all know spelling error and typos matter so dug.

I found nothing on Whittaker close to that date so turned my attention to Blumenthal.

The closest I could find to that date was Novemebr 15.

Coincidentally, it's from the Guardian.

Worth further digging?
