Hillary's emails were not stolen. They were released as the result of a FOIA request by Judicial Watch. Podesta's were phished. The DNC emails were 'allegedly' hacked. The DNC server would be of interest, because it would show if they were hacked and sent to WL, or if they were downloaded and sent.
