I think the reason Q knew is that they are running surveillance and heard which elections the Democrats were going pound out fake ballots until they win.
If they did, I'm sure they'll also get prosecuted at a later date. Once everything is certified, locking in crimes, then they'll be free to show all of the evidence.
The good guys will do everything correctly. It's the only explanation.
