Insurance may be a scam but modern medicine is amazing and relevant and should be recognized as such. Overwhelmingly our medical professionals are dedicated to ensuring proper diagnosis and treatment plans. However; they can not go home with the patient, hold their hand and make sure they follow through with taking care of themselves. Longevitity of life has increased tremendously since the 1950's. Modern medicine, disease prevention and maintenance and other medical interventions contribute greatly to a longer life span.

Yup, and when they need to reinvent themselves for better ticket sale they do. Whatever it takes. A fav. of mine from Michigan did just that. Where he once was playing for Obama, now his concerts proclaim his Patriotism.
That's exactly right. What ppl forget is physicians gradutate and enter the job force with $400K +++ of student loan debt. That is no joke. For thirty years they are paying that shit off. It's about a job at that point.
