Random, related: Last week I got into a bit of a throw-down with a group of Albanians who were stealing a LOT of my firewood (a few logs is fine, loading up a car trunk is not fine). Anyway - the group was comprised of one young-ish male (under 30 y/o) and a half-dozen very young girls.
You tend to see the very young girls (and boys) at cafes, selling junk table-to-table. It's always bothered me how easily these kids could disappear.
If they work out private payments vs. using insurance, though, it's really not a problem. This is where concierge medicine becomes appealing.
