Just happened to be listing to "Take a Chance on Me" when I read your post.
No coincidences.
If you change your mind, I'm the first in line
Take a chance, take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
Honey, I'm still free - take a chance on me
Take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
Take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
If you need me, let me know, gonna be around
Take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
Take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
If you got no place to go when you're feeling down
Take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance, take a chance
Take a chance, take a-take a chance-chance, take a chance, take a chance
Yeah, agree. Though you're more familiar with them than I am, I understand the sound they make, collectively, resonates within the brain/mind as ethereal, soothing and transcending. Almost religous in a sense. Like perfect pitch. You made me switch to Dancing Queen and it's all on display. Cheers anon.
"And when you get the chance…." [violins continue to crescendo…bah, bah, bah, bah…..piano interlude….perfection. "you are the dancing queen, young and sweet, only seventeen…dancing queen, fell the beat from the tamborine…."
"See that girl, watch that scene, digging the dancing queen"
"digging the dancing queen"
Anon. No upside to that story, for sure.
I will say "good for the judge" for once…as I read it, that piece of shit will die in prison. A 70 year sentence, even with parole possible, is game over.
Not to be misunderstood though…I certainly would have approved a capital punishment…but welcome to living in an ultra pc-liberal world, especially Western countries (at present).
