The story probably goes something like this.
Prisoners (with smuggled cell phones)
Contacted Military on dating sites claiming be a legal age girl looking to date, sent them nude pics.
Then the prisoners contacted the Military personal claiming to be the ( underage girls father) and black mailed our Military to send money to prevent charges from being brought.
