What was the full list of celebrities whose homes were "broken into" before the fires?

I wonder what exactly was stolen?

Was it things like crappy electronics, or was it the family photos, valuable art etc?

There were a lot of "celebrity burglaries" before the fire if I recall. I suspect these were the people who were tipped off to the coming inferno.
