George Gilder on Life After Google: The Fall of Big Data & Rise of the Blockchain [Cryptocosm] Economy

Mark Levin with George Gilder, author of Life After Google: The Fall of Big Data and the Rise of the Blockchain Economy [11/25/18]

Gilder: What makes capitalism different from socialism is that capitalism is creative, openness to surprise. All learning comes from human creativity. Socialism is based on planning, not creativity. It assumes that we already know everything we need to know to plan our future.

Google Marxism: Based on progressive ideology. Belief that the Industrial Revolution was the final achievement, so what will matter in the future is the redistribution of wealth. Google now has the same idea about current tech achievements. They think we’ve “arrived” at our final technological destination. This is always what Socialists think. This is “fundamentally hostile to human creativity.”

Ray Kurzweil: Believes in the Singularity, the moment when human technology will exceed human minds. But this isn’t possible; machines are deterministic by nature. But this idea underlies the thinking of those in Silicon Valley. Any machine is dependent on an “oracle”—intelligence outside the box (human intelligence). That machines can exist without humans is not possible.

Machines can enhance human capabilities, but they’re not ever going to replace human beings.

He goes on to propose a new approach to Internet security, where all our data is saved in a distributed form (not in one place), so it can’t easily be hacked. This is the Cryptocosm, which also involves a new worldwide financial system based on the bitcoin-style approach.

What does Cryptocosm mean? It’s revolutionary but it makes the individual paramount (not large corporations). “ It re-establishes the individual creator as the heart of the system.” Role of government: provides support that facilitates creativity (family, culture, etc.). The role of government will not be to guarantee results (because this prohibits learning and stifles economic growth). Best role for government: leave the Internet alone.

Apple, Amazon, Google: These won’t be as big in the future as they are now. Cryptocosmic companies will dominate. New system will accommodate surprise. Today’s youth wants guarantees but these don’t work, e.g., student loan programs. We don’t have open debates (about e.g., climate change). People even blame the weather on the Republicans.

The US in 10 years: It’s life after Google. There’s a new architecture of the Internet, a new financial system that restores the rights and identities of individuals. Will incorporate the Providential intelligence of human beings. Many avenues for future aspiration and creativity.

  1. She's not hysterical, just stubbornly independent (and single-minded about the wall)

  1. People who think negative never get anything done. What have YOU done lately?

This pic did get noticed, anon.

I was able to use it in one of the posts on the caravan, not sure which one, I've been posting pretty regularly on caravan support/funding. It can be hard to get caravan stuff noticed, I think anons see it as "old news" (not unimportant, just stuff anons know or think they know).

There is always new info coming out, though, and also info useful for red-pilliing normies. I like to get into the details, so I keep digging for more.

So glad to hear you're ahead of the curve. But the rest of us still need arguments and documentation to understand emerging paradigms.

Gilder's not stale, never stale. He thinks like a 20 year old. Is he right? I just got into this topic, can't say. But everything I've ever read of his is well in front of the curve.

Anons have discussed this connection before. But is it the connection to which Q is referring in Post 2501? One of the things that still needs more clarity is the ref to [CLAS 9] and the "bond" that used to exist between the US, UK & AUSTRAILIA. What time frame are we talking about? Some of us were looking at CLAS 9 as relating to a way of classifying a certain kind of blackmail relating to WWII war crimes, but I don't know whether that went anywhere.

Does UK stand w/ the US or only select divisions within the US?

Does AUS stand w/ the US or only select divisions within the US?

Will immediate action(s) be 'publicly' taken within each country to REUNIFY THE BOND that was once held PRIOR TO…….[CLAS 9]?
