At my last job of several years my boss was a russian, his wife was a ukrainian. He wasnt the owner of the company but someone who worked his way up to be in charge of our crew of construction type installers. Anyways his wife needed to get a her teeth fixed, this was in like 2009 and she could get them done in her home country of the ukraine much much cheaper. My boss didnt go with her because the Ukraine was so dangerous even back then that even a Russian knew it wasnt a safe place to even visit.
