There were 2 iterations of this photo. The first was the eye Q added, the second was the latter pic added on to.

Perhaps I'm mistaken with an overlay after the fact.
The picture you've included, however, doesn't have a Q in it. I recall talk of that being a contact out of place. (The straight line making up the Q added afterward)
