I wonder if this has something to do with POTUS backing off of the FISA release. Credible UK threats to start WW3.
This would be the only reason I can see for POTUS to put this off. UK has been ready to blow for a long time now, setting up Russia.
If they are involved with smuggling a nuke for Ukraine to use to attack Crimea to set up WW3, then POTUS could have backed off the release in order to deal with this.
