As I was watching the National Tree Lighting Ceremony tonight at the White House I noticed something 'strange' and would like your input.

At the end of the ceremony POTUS gave a beautiful Christmas blessing to our Nation but what I found 'odd' were…

RED DOTS AT HIS HEAD AND HEART

now I know this link is fascistbook but it's the only vid I have. Just take a look at let me know what you think.

p.s. Afterwards there were reports that POTUS and FLOTUS left without the rest of the press pool…they bolted out!
