5 indictments unsealed on 15 people. about a 2 yr investigation of prisoners running sextortion scams against mil. personnel. Called Operation Surprise Party. DOC staffers arrested along with outside help re: smuggled cell phones.

Good guys want to ban any cell tech in prisions.

My take-away was that the Deep State see the complete cooperation of ALL top Mil / Civ Investgative divisions.
