Bene Elohim or Bene ha' Elohim is "direct creation of God, and is the word for Angels. It also applies to Adam and Eve who are direct creations. Benot Adam is anything born of human parents.(Indirect creation)
El is what the Hebrews said in place of the forbidden name of God. Elohim is God. (YHWH) forbidden to be said.
The im in Hebrew is plural ending like the "s" or "es" in English. It is always combined with a singular sentence which is a hint at the trinity nature of God - YHWH
I found this most interesting…….the sentences are structured in the singular but the name of God has a plural Hebrew "im" ending. How can I explain….
It's like saying "they is happy"
This plurality is Elohim for a singular God with multiple personal dimensions, three that we know of so far from the text. God apparently can be consciously talking to you, me and someone else at the same time. But he has three internally recognized dimensional "selves" that are pointed out in the text. Could there be more? Sure but it is not revealed in the text. The text only outlines three.
The doctrine of Monotheism answers the question: How many Gods are there? Answer = 1
The Doctrine of the Trinity asks not how many, but, what is the NATURE of that God. It is a descriptive.
Man does not understand the multi dimensional nature of God, so, Jesus taught us to think of God as a father, and the spirit of God as an un-named third dimensional personality. Rendering things this way will allow a Three dimensional space time human being to understand the Hebrew in the text. But, it is extremely high physics being described, in MANY places.
Son of God is a translation from Bene ha' Elohim, and always refers to angels, which is clear from the Septuagint. The Septuagint was done for the Great Library of Alexandria Just After the death of ALexander the Great, about 200 years before the birth of Christ. All three hundred prophecies about Jesus are in those pages, both in the Dead Sea Hebrew, and it's Greek Septuagint translation done by the Hebrews themselves…. at the request of Alexanders General.
The Hebrew Scholars translated the bene ha' Elohim in Hebrew to Angels in the Greek… everywhere.
Benot ha Adam means son of Man.
All people born of human parents are "son of man"
Jesus was both direct creation of God (Y chromosome) and direct creation of a human mother (X chromosome) so the bible refers to him in both ways, depending on the circumstance.
He seemed to favor "son of man" over "son of God, but this is conjecture on my part from reading the text.
So, yes, SOME of the beings from the other dimensions that were created before the earth was created, and jumped for joy watching God create man, DID in fact decide they hated mankind when GOd called man his greatest creation.
According to the ancient text about 1/3rd of the Angels sided with Satan in the rebellion and in attempts to destroy mankind. But only 200 of them actually left their dimensional bodies to take up life in the "molecular 3D space time world according to the Book of Enoch. Enoch is not considered an "inspired text" but, is mentioned in the bible, so it can be called a God Recommended commentary, I suppose. It fills in the details of Genesis 6 from the Angels point of events. The book of Jasher, also mentioned, is more from the point of men having their wives stolen and watching the angels "mix one animal with another animal".

"ALL flesh was corrupted" save a single line from Adam to Noah. This is why God is so pleased when he finds that Noah is "pure in his generations" in these paragraphs. God is talking about breeding stock in a strange way. He wants pure man.

Turns out Hebrew is the most sophisticated code language ever developed by man.
Each letter is a number. Each letter stands for a verb or idea. Each letter also stands for a noun. The Letters are like Chinese. The whole letter is a pictograph word,….. in the form of a letter that is also part of an alphabet and a number system like Roman Numerals.
The Greek also uses letters for numbers, however, it is not photographic. It is the most precise language ever developed by man. Each verb must satisfy 5 conditions for example.
In English we have past, present, future, ongoing.
Absolutely fascinating language and mathematics in that book.
